Join us as we gain a history of the storm water program in the Las Vegas Valley, EPA expectations for the nation, unique local climatic and geologic factors and the current state of development of the proposed new development and significant redevelopment (NDSR) program for the Las Vegas Valley. The State approved the updated Regional Storm Water Management Plan (SWMP) in 2011 that will have similar components and programs as the 2003 SWMP with the exception of new programs to address stormwater impacts posed by (NDSR).
